Text Box: Dear Current and Former Teague High School Students, It is an honor as principal of Teague High School to address you. The biggest news is that the voters of Teague ISD approved a $39 million bond issue in November.   We expect the dirt work to begin in the later part of this year and for the new junior/senior high complex to be open in the fall of 2010.  The building will be placed in front of the existing complex and will surely be a facility that all of Teague ISD can be proud.  While we are planning on the changes a new school will bring, many things have stayed the same.  We still have the most talented, caring staff in the state.  Our students are still highly motivated and high achieving.  Our school board is wonderful and very supportive in providing leadership and direction.  Mr. Burns, our superintendent, and his staff are very child oriented and keep us focused on our goal of improving education for the students trusted to us.  Most importantly, the community and parents of Teague I.S.D. believe that good schools and good kids are vital and provide continuing support.
